It depends on the service. For graphic design and short-form video content, we often deliver within 2–3 business days. Web development and complex business reporting dashboards typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the scope. We always provide a clear timeline before starting any project.

Do I own the source files and data after the project is done?

Yes, 100%. Whether it’s the Adobe project files for your videos, the code for your website, or the SQL datasets for your business reports, you retain full ownership of all intellectual property and assets once the final payment is settled.

Do you offer support after the project is launched?

Yes. Our Web Development and Business Reporting packages come with a dedicated support period (ranging from 7 to 30 days) to ensure everything runs smoothly. For ongoing peace of mind, we also offer monthly maintenance retainers to keep your systems updated and secure.

How do we communicate during the project?
